Whole Blood:
Vol = 500cc. Requires a blood filter. Infuse over 2-4 hours, or as fast as needed. This stuff has everything IF it is fresh. However, if it’s been sitting around for more than 24 hours, the Platelets and clotting factors are no longer useful. Used only for emergencies involving large amounts of blood loss (due to the risk for super-duper volume overload).
