Leota E. Warwick was born February 24, 1916 in Berthold, North Dakota, and died October 16, 2000 in Burns, Oregon. She was the daughter of Ora Howard Inks.
Officiating at her funeral were Leota's three brothers, Don, Wilbur and Marvin Inks. The funeral was held at Price-Helton Funeral Home, Auburn, Washington on October 21, 2000.
