When you don't know how to reach a dance studio or some other dance-related event (or any place, for that matter) you can download a map from the internet if you have the correct location address. If you only know the names of the streets at an intersection close to your destination, you can order a map to that intersection. Here's what you do:

  1. Obtain the correct address for the location, or the cross streets.
  2. Using that address, follow the instructions listed here. When you finish the instructions, (you can download them for convenience), click the button at the end of this list to reach www.yahoo.com.
  3. Yahoo is a "web search engine." Near the top of the Yahoo page there will be the words, "City Maps," underlined. Put your mouse pointer on the words and click the left button.
  4. The page will change and you will have a window into which you can place the address, city state and zip code. If you don't have the zip code, don't worry.
  5. The page will change and a map will appear. There will be controls that allow you to zoom in or out, and pull up adjacent maps to the east and west of the marked location on the map on your screen. You can zoom out for an overview that shows surrounding landmarks (major streets, etc.) and zoom in to see the location more precisely. Neat, huh?
  6. Print the map(s) and take with.
  7. All set? Then point to the globe on the right and click your left mouse button to get to Yahoo!
