Their cleaning tools will clean to the flexible hose behind the dryer. No lint will blow into the apartment. Access inside your unit will not be necessary unless we have been informed that a definite drying problem exists with your dryer. If so, we may arrange to enter your apartment and clean from behind your dryer. Residents with drying problems should first inspect the hose behind their dryer to check that it is not twisted or crushed.
