Customer:  Glasair

Program:  Support of the company in their development of new aircraft and new products.  Orion designed the Glasair II-S, the now standard single slotted flap, as well as several other options including turbo charging for the Glasair III, spoilers, performance improvements and fuel control options.  We also conducted a series of structural analyses through finite element modeling in order to further verify the product lines' strength and durability.

Status:  All developments were successfully completed and test flown.  Most are now part of the company's product lines.
