Vancouver, WA - The South Region Champion Mt Hood Saints (26-4, 33-6) take over top stop in the final 2009 Horizon Air - Coaches Baseball Poll. 

North Region Champion Skagit Valley Cardinals (19-5, 31-7) slid from top-ranking to number fourth while last poll's number two, East Region Champion Columbia Basin (24-5, 44-7) dipped to third.

West Region Champion Lower Columbia (24-1, 35-6) jumps from fourth to second in the final.
