Tracy Klinkroth

Senior Project Manager and Strategist
Tracy has over 15 years’ experience in developing insightful marketing research programs for a variety of clients in the retail, healthcare, high-tech, financial and consumer packaged goods industries. She developed her strong research background while employed at Wallace & Washburn Marketing and STAT Resources in Boston, Massachusetts. From there, she became a Brand Analyst at BrandSolutions, the branding division of EvansGroup Advertising (now Publicis USA) in Seattle. Tracy is a key part of the NorthView Group team, providing the technical expertise needed for executing projects, as well as the strategic thinking needed to help our clients succeed. Tracy’s clients have included Real Networks, Opiva, PFF Bank and Trust, Tully’s Coffee, K2 and New Balance.


Andrew DeNance

Senior Qualitative Manager
Andrew is NorthView’s qualitative expert, helping design our qualitative projects, and managing and conducting the actual qualitative work. Andrew is a highly experienced and engaging moderator, having conducted hundreds of focus groups and executive in-depth interviews across many industries. His excellent interpersonal and communications skills have been developed through a combined twenty years of marketing research, sales and marketing management, and teaching.

His background and experience in teaching children and adults, in behavioral science and psychology, and in group dynamics has contributed to his versatility in conducting individual interview and focus group research with a wide variety of respondents. From working on an in-depth level with children and teenagers, to seniors, to MIS managers, to CEO’s, Andrew provides the necessary and appropriate communications and interactive skills to deliver optimum results for our clients.

Andrew's extensive client experience includes: Nokia, US West, Minute Maid, Washington State Dept. of Transportation, National Jewish Medical Center, Quantum, Hewlett-Packard, Starbucks, Weyerhaeuser, Microsoft, REI, Optiva, Eagle Hardware and Garden, Frank Russell Company, plus many others.
