No Money Up Front -- No Attorney's Fees
Until Your Case Is Settled
In all personal injury cases, we offer a free initial consultation either
in person or over the telephone. We represent injured people on a contingency
fee basis. This means we receive an agreed upon percentage of the compensation
for attorney's fees out of the gross funds we collect for you. Unless we
collect money for you, the injured person pays absolutely nothing for attorneys
fees. In the meantime, we are advancing all client costs for your case for
which you are liable. At the conclusion of your case, we will provide you
with a breakdown of those expenses, your fees, outstanding medical bills,
subrogation reimbursement, if any, and costs.
If it is agreed that we will represent you, a written fee agreement clearly
setting forth the financial arrangements must be signed by you with my office.
Most of our legal services are provided on a thirty-three percent (33%) or one-third (1/3) contingency fee basis, or forty percent (40%) contingency fee on complicated and risky cases.
