Microsoft /Siemens Bus. Sys.Helpdesk /Fax Center Technician, Redmond, WA.  July 2002 – Current.

·         Provide technical support troubleshooting and resolving with documentation of Network, Messaging, Email and other Outlook issues for Microsoft employees. 

·         Route corporate faxes and test international fax servers.

Disney Internet Group /Natural Data –PC Installation Technician, Seattle, WA. April – May 2002.

·         Backup user profile onto network, install new PC, restore profile, & troubleshoot apps & settings.

  • Experiment with installation, upgrading, tweaking, and troubleshooting of my personal computer network, including DVD-ROM, CD-Writer, Scanner, Video Cam, NIC, DSL Router & Firewall.
  • Create & maintain web sites using HTML, FTP, Netscape Composer, & FrontPage.
  • Renewable Energy -with a focus on Photovoltaics.
  • Aerospace, Frisbees, kites, birds, and other things that fly!
