The list of blogs at the News Source page is generated by Google's Bloglines feed. Since it is a script, it will not appear in your web browser if you have the scripting feature turned off in your browser's preferences. This page provides the same list of blogs as the ones generated by the scripting service, however, it might be slightly out of date at times since I have to manually change this list while the other list is automatically generated.
Note that I do add or drop some blogs quite frequently as they become less or more useful to my interests.
