MEET OUR STAFF: |

Donn Bennett
The Man Himself
Donn has been teaching in the
area for over 30 years, and been buying and selling drums for
over 20. Donn started the shop out of his house buying,
selling and trading drums for his own personal collection.
Donn found he had a knack for finding rare and unusual drums and
his collection became so large he opened up a shop where he
could teach drum lessons and sell drums. Over the years
Donn has become well known not just in the area but in the world
and with some of the most famous of drummers.
Donn stood in line for 10 hours
to meet Sebastian Bach, he just wanted to know how he made his
hair so big.

Kris moved all the way from
Connecticut to work at the drum shop. He graduated University of
Connecticut with a degree in English. He
spent many years gigging around CT with local bands while at the
same time managing an independent furniture store. Nobody
can pack a couch in a car like Kris can.
Kris loves to fish on Black
Lake. He loves catching trout and old Gregg. Nothing beats
a fishing trip and some Baileys in a shoe!

Pete Harris
Website consultant,
Wannabe Guru
Pete has been a friend of the shop
for many years. A fantastic drummer who just so happens to be a
computer geek. We recruited him to help us understand the
world wide web. You can hear Pete swing out at
www.peteharrisquartet.com.
Pete is know to some as The
Busking Drummer for setting up his kit at Redmond Town Center
and air druming while singing Celine Dion songs. He does have
quiet a voice.

"T" Tony Lewis
Midwest drum guru,
Midwest DBDS representative
Although
Tony has never actually been to the shop, he continues to
enlighten us with his extensive knowledge of vintage drums
and his unyielding hipitude. He
is one of the coolest dudes you'll ever meet and his drum
collection is even better! Tony can be seen drumming for his
own original band called “Tony Lewis and Lawnmowers”. They
are the only band around dedicated to writing songs about a
grinding weekend of yard work.
Tony has won the noble prize for
lawn mowing six years in a row. He's the only person endorsed by
John Deer!

get paid for it. When something goes wrong he fixes it.
He has been playing locally and touring in bands since he was 20
and most recently played in Sub Pop band "band of horses".
Tim currently attends Washington State University and will be
back in the summer of 07.
Tim is the only member of The Rat
City Roller Girls who plays drums.
